Q. Can you work to a budget? A. Yes, if you would like us to work towards a certain budget you can mention that in your first consultation and we will base your designs around that.

Q. Is there a fee involved for bespoke designs? Yes, however it is a very small fee and completely redeemable upon an order placed with ourselves. We can also provide desktop estimates to give you a basic idea of our pricing structure.

Q. Do you have a showroom? As a completely bespoke company, we don’t see the benefit of offering standard kitchen examples, as these can often feel generic and distracting. Instead, we focus on creating something truly unique and one-of-a-kind by collaborating closely with you, using samples and 3D designs as inspiration to bring your vision to life.

Q. Can you colour match existing furniture or decor in our property? A. Yes, we can colour match paints or use any colour chart including Farrow & Ball, RAL etc. We can also match any wood finishes with stains or lacquers.

Q. How much is a bespoke kitchen/wardrobe? A. Each of our designs is entirely unique and custom-made to your specific requirements. Pricing primarily depends on size but can also vary based on the materials selected, the style, and the complexity of the project.

Q. How do i pay? A. Our payment options are detailed on the invoice we provide for you. Most commonly by bank transfer

Q. Can you respray the job if we want to change the colour at a later date? A. Yes absolutely. We install our projects so that the frontals can be taken off and resprayed at any time. We also offer a hand painted finish to all of our cabinetry so you
have the opportunity to touch up or re paint yourself.

Q. Can you copy a design i have seen? A. We do not replicate designs created by other companies. However, if you have seen something you like and can provide images, we can incorporate certain elements to create a unique design tailored specifically for you.
Q. How do i know what i am getting? A. Our process begins with a consultation, where you share your needs and preferences. Following this, we arrange site visits to take accurate measurements and bring along samples, allowing you to explore different materials and finishes firsthand.
Using this information, we create a comprehensive design package that includes 3D images of your envisioned project. You’ll have the opportunity to review these designs and request any necessary adjustments.
Additionally, we can provide rendered versions of your design, offering a realistic preview of the finished product.

Q. What is your lead time? A. Lead times will vary. If you contact our team with what you are looking for we can provide you with a realistic date.

Q. Can your source appliances? A. Yes, we have a range of suppliers we work with to provide all branded kitchen appliances.
​
Q. DO you supply worktops? A. We work closely with our chosen suppliers for quartz, granite, corian and marble worktops. We also supply solid wood worktops, laminate and solid surface worktops.

Q. What is your catchment area? A. We are based in Staffordshire and cover anywhere within a 50 mile radius generally. We are prepared to travel further for large scale jobs so please mention your address within your inquiry.
